Right now the "Upload" link leads to a working upload form. If you have anything to upload to OTC, upload it and tell us below and we'll credit you after it is added to the site.
Remember, it must be Cartoon Network-related. All additions must be approved by the Webmaster (me). And because it bears repeating, full episodes will NOT be posted on Operation Time Capsule.

Welcome to Operation Time Capsule. We aim, one day, to be "the place" to find old clips from the Cartoon Network's glory days.
There are 440 clips in the archive, including "Coming Up Next", "We'll Be Back" generic and show-specific bumpers, general show-related bumpers, and misc bumpers and promos. Note: As of November 6, 2006, there are direct download links to the files. For most of them, you will need FLV Player to play them. Latest News:  Server Move almost complete

Operation Time Capsule is being moved to a new server. During this time the bumpers have to be uploaded. Because it is almost 1 GB of video content, not all of the bumpers have been uploaded yet. I will finish uploading the bumpers this week.
